The Role

As Centre Director, you will lead a committed team and create a culture where children, educators and families thrive. Your leadership will drive high-quality educational practice, continuous improvement and strong community engagement, while ensuring the service aligns with approved learning frameworks, National Quality Standards and organisational values.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), Diploma or ACECQA approved equivalentValid Ochre Card or ability to obtain one2–3 years previous experience as a Centre DirectorStrong leadership capabilityPassion for children’s learning, development and wellbeingExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsFlexible, approachable and collaborative mindsetStrong commitment to inclusion and child advocacy
